Ingredients
1 pack of large shell pasta
1kg large green prawn (peeled and chop small)
4 zucchini (slice sml piece)
1large brown onion (dice)
4 shallot (dice)
3 clove of garlic fine chop
Half cup of white wine(optional)
6 red tomato
Process
Heated up oven to 180 degree, cooked shell pasta in large pot and drained it set aside.
Cut tomato in half place in baking tray, season with salt and pepper and olive oil. Cook in the heated oven for 15 minute.
In a large pan add some oil add garlic and onion cook for a few minute until onion is soft.
Add zucchini and cook for 3 minute and prawn and cook further one minute seasoning with salt and pepper. Add white wine and cook until the alcohol evaporate then add the 120ml of fresh cream.
Cook for a couple minute and adjust the taste with salt and pepper, remove from heat.
Fill the shell pasta with mixture and placed them in a baking dish. Add some Mozzarella cheese on top and bake in the oven for 6 minute.
While paste is the oven, remove the skin of the tomato and place them in a food blender add basil leave and blended them.
Pour the source in a pan and add the rest of the cream (80ml) add it up and seasoning with salt and pepper or sugar to taste.
Spooned some source in a plate and place the paste on the source.
