Vanison Meat (Deer Meat)

It seems that venison has risen to become a new culinary favourite. Australian diners were polled about their eating habits by market research company Mintel last year, and it was discovered that deer meat was eaten more than twice as often as any other game. It had been consumed by 17% of those who answered the survey in the previous six months. Venison has even made an appearance on the television show Masterchef.
