Australia Salmon
Australian salmon have a rounded body with a large forked tail. The sides of the fish are silvery and the back is a dark bluish-green colour with black spots. The underside is white. It is highly sustainable, affordable, and delicious. Because of their strong flavour and oil content, Australian Salmon are popular smoked or canned. The smoky flavour and slight char imparted by BBQ’ing this fish is especially tasty.
